At MAGIC&WILL, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and a premium experience. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, our return process is designed to be straightforward and fair.

1. 14-Day Return Window You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their pristine original condition with all brand tags and packaging intact.

2. Hygiene & Quality Guarantee To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and protect the integrity of premium materials like our 10A antibacterial and ice silk fabrics, certain items are dispatched in sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns for these intimate or hygiene-sensitive products if the protective seal has been broken, altered, or removed.

3. Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partners, it cannot be intercepted. You may, however, initiate a return once the package is delivered.

4. Streamlined Exchanges To ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible, we do not process direct exchanges. Please return your original eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred size or style.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you receive an item with a confirmed quality issue or an incorrect product, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photographic evidence. We will provide a swift resolution, which may include a replacement or full refund, regardless of the packaging status.

6. Return Process & Shipping To initiate a return, please contact our support team. Approved returns must be sent directly to our Bangkok fulfillment center. Unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Refunds Upon receiving and inspecting your item at our facility, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
